A little about Priscilla…

Production Manager turned systems architect. I design operational infrastructure including dashboards, timelines, and structures that let creative teams scale in Austin, TX. I have nearly a decade of experience in film, digital series, and short-form content. From budgeting to post I’ll brings your stories to life with precision and creativity.

  • I produce and consults on film and digital series, guiding projects from script development and budgeting to team building and logistics. I turn creative visions into clear, shoot-ready plans.

  • On set, I keep things running smoothly, managing the shoot with a close eye on schedule, budget, and creative goals while ensuring a respectful, collaborative, and fun work environment where everyone can feel and do their best.

  • With my editing experience, I know how to work with editors, composers, and finishing teams to make sure the final cut delivers on the client’s vision on time.
